I have served with Adair Homes since 1999 and have built and lived in homes built by Adair throughout my tenure. My experience in construction, administration and home planning provides our staff with a high level of expertise and leadership. I am a strong advocate for Adair's mission to provide affordable housing.

JASON SMITH - HOME OWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
Prior to Adair Homes, I experienced an 8 year Real Estate career in Nevada where I received numerous company awards, was a member of the Council of Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), investment real estate consultant, business broker, commercial leasing, and also had experience in the lending industry. I was also the owner/operator of a residential renovation business, and have over 17 years' experience in the construction industry. I enjoy spending my free time mentoring, teaching, and learning from mytwo amazing boys, Dylan (7) and Kaiser (5). I also like any community involvement including, but not limited to, Klothes for Kids of Southern Nevada, Outreach Volunteer-Nevada Partnership for Homeless Youth, mentoring at risk youth, and I was recently welcomed into the Oregon Masonic Family.
